Ming Indigo is a U.S.-facing brand focused on fabric crafts and textile accessories. We work directly with our manufacturing company in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China, while operating a warehouse and operations team in the United States to support orders for our U.S. customers.
Our products are centered around fabric, pattern, texture, and practical everyday design. We select and develop textile pieces that can be used as accessories, decorations, or small additions to everyday life. Rather than following short-lived trends, we focus on designs that are easy to use and suitable for different settings.
Our Story
Ming Indigo comes from the name of our manufacturing company, Yiwu Mingyu Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. The word “Ming” reflects the Chinese character in our company name, while “Indigo” represents the blue tones and textile patterns that are closely connected with the visual direction of our products.
Our business began with manufacturing and supplying craft products in Yiwu, Zhejiang, a city known for its wide range of small goods and craft manufacturing. As our product range developed, we decided to build Ming Indigo as a brand for customers in the United States.
Today, our manufacturing operations remain based in Yiwu, while our U.S. warehouse and operations team help us serve customers locally. This structure allows us to maintain a direct connection with our manufacturing side while handling U.S. orders and customer service from within the United States.
